Your art is pretty good. It has kind of a Fantasy/Comic Book style! As a way to improve your art. Play to your strengths and weaknesses.
For my strengths, Im able to focus on anatomy and even create comics in a format to help give it a flow. My weaknesses? My coloring and detailing in the past was GODAWFUL. Recently Ive been taking up Pixel art to help me have better use of color theory and it helps a LOT! Now when I sketch I detail and think of the details Im missing.
So yeah I would say write a list for strengths and weaknesses to help you improve. It can also be useful to look into separate mediums that can relate with your weaknesses.
